At Robin Bespoke Tailors, we understand that precision doesn't end at the cutting table. Once your garment is crafted and passes our final quality check, it is securely packaged to prevent wrinkling and dispatched via our premium courier partners. All international shipments include real-time tracking and full insurance.

Return Policy

As a bespoke house, every item is uniquely hand-cut to your specific measurements. Therefore, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we offer a 100% Fit Guarantee. If your garment requires minor adjustments upon arrival, we will either cover the cost of local alterations or perform the refinements in our Bangkok or Phuket workshops at no extra cost to you.
